RepMaster Modules

RepMASTER is a suite of modules. The beauty of the suite is that it is fully integrated and therefore it easy and quick for you and your people to do what you want to do.

• Bid Registry: allows you to manage the jobs you are bidding on

  • Create a bill of materials to match items requested.
  • For each item, confirm the cost and your desired markup.
  • You can create multiple bills for a given job, if, for example, you have different contractors requesting different subsets / pieces of equipment for the same job.
  • Set pricing for each contractor, based on expected profit and margin.
  • Print and/or email the professionally-looking bills of material to the different contractors (with or without the bottom line quotes).
  • Track (the results of) the bidding process as you hear from the different contractors – you can assign each a probability of success to each.
  • Manage your pipeline of jobs by phase, e.g. which are in design, which are in (technical) audit, which are in tender, etc.

• Project Management with Work Recording & Reporting

  • Automatically generate POs and Agency Orders once a job has been awarded.
  • Add change orders / revisions as new requests surface during the lifetime of a job.
  • Monitor costs, charges/fees and profitability of each job on a constant basis – including the costs of staff time.
  • Expedite deliveries according to the needs of your customer.
  • Issue customer invoices pro-actively, as prompted by the system.
  • Track Sales Compared to Quota, by Team and by Supplier.
  • Track sales rep commissions expected, due, and paid.

• Agency Order Processing

  • Expedite the orders to your manufacturer that you help your customer make.
  • Track and Reconcile agency commissions.

• Purchasing

  • Expedite your POs.
  • Approve invoices based on goods received, limited by PO amount.

• Sales Order Processing

  • Expedite the processing of product sales, e.g. for parts.

• Inventory: a powerful multi-warehouse subsystem that includes a log of all product movements

• Accounting (AR, AP, GL, Bank Reconciliation), a comprehensive suite

  • AR: includes a full collections follow-up module
  • AP: includes the ability to store images of supplier invoices and automatic payment generation based on criteria you provide
